1. Look out for an email with us

Members will receive a welcome email from [email protected] inviting you to create your account on the Mber+ Store. Once you follow the link, you will land on the page below. Click on 'Create password' to create your account.

2. Log in to your Mber+ account

Once you have created your password, the screen below will pop up. Enter your email that the welcome email was sent to as your username and then enter your newly created password to proceed.

3. Getting started

Once you've logged in, you will see the following screen that shows how many credits you have and memberships (choices) to collect. To continue click on ‘Get Started’.

4. Collect your entitlements

Before you can start shopping, you need to claim your membership card. If you purchased multiple memberships under your account, they will appear below and you will need to make a selection for each member of your group.

IMPORTANT - If you would like a physical card and lanyard, you will need to add this to your cart here. If you choose to opt out, you will be issued a digital card and will be unable to get a physical card for the season.

*Platinum members will have to claim a physical card and lanyard to ensure easy access into the Platinum Members Lounge.

5. Start shopping!

Once you have you selected an option you can proceed by clicking 'START SHOPPING' to pick the rest of your member pack – simply just add items to your cart.

Most of our items have FREE personalisation! Click on the item you want and enter the name you would like on that item.

6. View your cart and checkout

Once you have made your selections, you can view your cart by clicking the shopping cart in the top right corner of your screen. This will provide you a summary of the items you have before proceeding to checkout.

7. Enter your details

At checkout, you will need to enter your shipping details for where you would like your package sent. There will be a cost for shipping that will be added here as seen on the right side of the screen.

*Don't worry if the total exceeds your credit amount, you can easily pay the difference in the next step.

8. Apply credit

Here, you will see your available credit which will be automatically deducted from your total cost. If the selected items are covered by your credit you can proceed with the process. If you still have an amount to pay, you will need to enter your payment details in the space provided.
