The Hurricanes are offering an innovative way for Members to personalise their Membership Packs for the 2025 season with the use of Mber+.

Hurricanes members can now choose from a selection of over 20 items in our new and exclusive Member Store to create an exciting, handpicked package. You can even personalise most products available!
 

Members will receive a credit amount matching their Membership category to be used on selecting your products at the Member Store. Credits can also to be used to cover the cost of postage to your address.
 

We recommend you organise your membership pack early to allow plenty of time to receive your gifts. If you don't use all of your assigned credit, all remaining credits will be available to redeem products throughout the year until the end of the season.
 

A digital version of your membership card will be sent to all 2025 Hurricanes members via email ahead of the season. If you want a plastic card and lanyard as traditionally used, you will need to order this at the same time as building your Membership Pack. Platinum members will have their plastic cards included in their packs automatically.
 

A welcome email with log in details to the new Member Store will be sent to the primary account holder's email used to purchase the memberships on 25 September, 2024.
 

Secondary account holders will need to get in touch with the primary account holder to organise your packs. Alternatively, get in touch with us on [email protected] to request your own log in.
