“I am really excited for the opportunity to join Ulster for the next two seasons.”

Hurricanes Head Coach, Clark Laidlaw paid tribute Morgan, saying his attitude and team first approach is part of what set him apart.

“Although Aidan hasn’t got as many opportunities to start as he would have liked this season. His ability to contribute to our preparation each week has been relentless. He’s an amazing team man, and I’m sure he’ll succeed on his next adventure overseas, and we wish him all the best. We look forward to reconnecting in the future.”

Morgan will depart New Zealand for Ireland at the conclusion of the 2024 Super Rugby Pacific season.
